Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RevGenOps ("we", "us"), the provider of EstateRank AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

The Service

EstateRank AI generates real estate articles, meta data, FAQ schema, social copy and banners using artificial intelligence. New accounts receive 3 free articles. Unlimited use requires an EstateRank Pro subscription.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or spam use, including false claims about property prices, approvals or returns.
• No content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes anyone's intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or attempts to bypass usage limits or safety filters.

AI output and your responsibility

You are responsible for your inputs, for having the rights to them, and for how you use the output. AI output can be inaccurate. Review and verify every fact, especially regulatory, legal and pricing details, before publishing. The output is not legal, financial or investment advice. We may filter outputs, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringement to revgenopsindia@gmail.com; repeat infringers will lose access.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use the content generated for you. We receive a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. EstateRank Pro renews monthly until cancelled; after cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Service level and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time.
