RevGenOps operates EstateRank AI and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login details, including from Google sign-in): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Content you submit and generate (briefs, keywords, articles): to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• Usage data (free article count, subscription status, device and IP information, logs): to enforce plan limits, prevent fraud and improve the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.

Sharing

• Service providers for hosting, authentication and AI processing, under confidentiality obligations.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and raise grievances by writing to revgenopsindia@gmail.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data isolation to protect your data.

Cookies and storage

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
